The goal of the project was to consider the listener’s experience with music and podcasts 3 to 5 years in the future, and to suggest a potential approach to enhancing that experience using Amazon Music’s resources and technology.

Findability Issues
It’s difficult for Amazon Music users to find specific songs or playlists on the user interface.
Easiness to share
Amazon Music can easily be shared by copying a link. The other user can directly listen to the music without an account.
Alexa support
Amazon Music integrates well with Alexa to create a more immersive listening experience, as evidenced by its interactions with Echo. Alexa can help Amazon Music explore more opportunities.
